TBLA PLAYGROUND PROJECT
Thea Bowman Leadership Academy (TBLA) is soliciting emailed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of playground equipment, including expansion of their current playground and to add a secondary playground, and installation.

Proposals must be emailed to Antoinette Troupe at atroupe@theabowmanacademy.org and Marisa Simmons at msimmons@theabowmanacademy.org no later than 4:00 PM cst, Wednesday, April 19, 2023. TBLA may not consider or accept a proposal received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
TBLA PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
Thea Bowman Leadership Academy (TBLA) seeks proposals from firms and/or individuals interested in providing contract services for a design build project.

Proposals must be sealed, mailed or hand delivered to TBLA located at 3401 W. 5th Ave. Gary, IN 46204 no later than 2:00 PM cst, Friday, April 14, 2023. TBLA will not consider or accept a proposal received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
